DHIKR OF THE DAY
_Train yourself this month to:-_

Say:

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من عذاب النار ومن عذاب القبر ومن فتنة المحيا والممات ومن فتنة المسيح الدجال

_Allahuma inni audhu bika min adhabin nar wamin adhabil qabr wa min fitnatil mahyaa wal mamaat wa min fitnatil Maseehi Dajaal._
The Prophet (PBUH) said: “ _When any one of you has *finished the last tashahhud* , let him *seek refuge* with Allaah from *four things* and say: Allaahumma inni a’oodhu bika min ‘adhaabi jahannam wa min ‘adhaab il-qabri wa min fitnat il-mahyaa wa’l-mamaat wa min sharri fitnat il-maseeh il-dajjaal (O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from the torment of Hell and from the torment of the grave and from the trials of life and death and from the evil of the trial of the Dajjaal_ ).” ( Muslim, 588)

Let’s continuously recite this dua after the tashâhud in our salah and before the salâm.

ACTION OF THE DAY
_Train yourself this month to:-_

Revive a Sunnah act:
We all are aware of  Talbina , one of the prophetic foods . It soothes the heart and is recommended for the ones who have suffered a loss of a person(those whom their beloved have passed away). The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to recommend the cooking of Talbina and sending it to them.
Narrated ‘Urwa: Aisha used to recommend at-Talbina *for the sick* and for such a person as grieved over a dead person .She used to say, ” _I heard Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) saying, ‘at-Talbina gives rest to the heart of the patient and makes it active and relieves some of his sorrow and grief_ .”( Sahih al-Bukhari,6/12)
_Learn how to make it :_

So let’s revive this Sunnah by actually making it in our families and sharing it with our neighbors with a written note
Talbina Sunnah food .”
Of course, she will ask if she isn’t aware of it.
So…guess what? You have just revived a Sunnah and those who guide and share goodness receive rewards like it, just as is mentioned in the Hadith.
Allah Akbar! Double reward!
Baaraka Allah feekum.
