⭐⭐⭐
DAY 1
⭐⭐⭐
Assalamu ’alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh!
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Are you as excited as us? Guess what! It’s finally “Day 1”. Alhamdulillah.
Let’s begin, bismillah! There, you said it!
Dhikr of the Day
Train yourself this month to:-
Say “Bismillah” before you begin any act and “Alhamdulillah” after completing that act.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
(In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.)
الحمد لله
(All praise is due to Allah)
Before you start cooking, say it! Before you hold your phone to read our first post 😉, say “Bismillah!”
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Any matter of importance which is not begun with the remembrance of Allah remains defective .” (Ibn Maajah)
Have you said it? Then say, “Alhamdulillah!”
“…If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]…” [Quran: Chapter 14, Verse 7]
Action of the Day
Train yourself this month to:–
Do a Sajda-tul- Shukr to Allah everyday!
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: “Sujood al-shukr is done in response to a calamity that is averted or a blessing which comes to a person …” (Fataawa Islamiyyah, 1/205)
You breathe , you eat, you smile. That’s more than enough to call it a blessing.
You made it to this holy month! How many do we personally know who have left us ? It’s truly a blessing to still be here! So take advantage of the privilege and opportunity to prostrate to the Lord of the Worlds to thank Him for making you witness this month.
(NOTE: it has no salaam; read more on what is to be said by reading the article of the following link: https://islamqa.info/en/21888 )
