DAY 11: THE SHOES OF THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH ﷺ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed salah with shoes on. If the shoes have some kind of impurity stuck on them, he is to take them off before praying. And if he has forgotten or is unaware, then he is to remove the shoes when he notices or remembers the impurity. One of the reasons why the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did this was to be different from the Jews, who did not pray in their shoes or leather slippers.
