*RAMADAN DHIKR COURSE*
DAY 15:
سم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
ربي اشرح لي صدري و يسر لي أمر
Have you realised? It’s Half the Month today!
*Dhikr of the day:*
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من عذاب جهنم و من عذاب القبر و من فتنة المحيا و الممات و من شر فتنة المسيح الدجال
Allahuma inny a3udhu bika min 3adhabi Jahannam wa min 3adhabil Qabr wa min Fitnatil Mahyaa wal mamaat wa min sharri fitnatil maseehi ddajjal.
Let’s have a look at when exactly this dua is to be recited.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “When anyone of you has done his Tashahhud during Salat (prayer), he should seek refuge in Allah against four things and say: “Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min ‘adhabi jahannam, wa min ‘adhabil-qabr, wa min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat, wa min sharri fitnatil-masihid-dajjal (O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the torment of Hell, from the torment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the mischief of Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal (Antichrist).”
AFTER TASHAHUUD
We might ask ourselves I understood the first part of the dua..about trials of life, but what are trials of death? as for trials of life everyone has her/his own bumps on the road some are big and some small..Allah tests the one He loves more soo never Despair from His Mercy..
Trials of Death
Our beloved scholars explained to us regarding this type of trial..
Trials of death is when the time Ruh/soul is being taken out and you are struggling for survival but your time is up.
Shaytan; He always tries to deviate you no matter what..during your lifetime and if he didn’t get hold of you when you were breathing on earth he will try to get you when you are at your death bed. ..this is the Fitna that is intended here! ! He doesn’t want you to say the Shahada..
May Allah give us all Good endings..
Never let a day pass without you asking Allah to give you Husnul Khatima (good ending) it’s very important!
*Action of the day*
Rasul SallAllahu Alayhi waSallam teaches us a dua that should be said in our prayers whether Fardh or Sunnah in the above *Dhikr*
So today let’s improve our prayers by:
1. Mastering the dua
2.Have your niyyah intact
3.Before you start a prayer remember the dua and remind yourself to read it before Tasleem.
4. Put words into Action and do it after your Tashahud and before Tasleem
For those with reasonable excuses! ! You are not left behind!! We have to sail the ship together! if not in prayer you can say it anytime you want just as a form of dhikr.
بارك الله فيكم
وجزاكم الله خيرا
سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك أشهد أن لا اله إلا أنت استغفرك و أتوب إليك.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
