Ramadan Dhikr Course – Day 11

سم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
ربي اشرح لي صدري و يسر لي أمر

Day 11!! Alhamdulillah starting a new journey for the next 10 days..
Dhikr of the Day:
لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله
Laa ilaha illa Allah Muhammadun Rasulu Allah.
Acknowledge these heavy words and try to reflect on their meanings.
Action of the day:
Our lives are surrounded by people.#Your neighbours, they can be your own family or even strangers.
Rasul Salallahu Alayhi Wassalam advised us and commanded us to be good to our neighbours. There are many narrations saying about being good to our neighbours.
To be honest it’s not easy to be good to some neighbours who are soo arrogant and aggressive; they just lack the Islamic etiquette. But wait a minute. I guess we did cleanse our hearts some days back. So although he/she still does something bad to you – still you do good to her/him. As they say Silence and Smile are two powerful tools. One can be acting up and she’s at her top but if use those powerful tools, surely you will win the game. But it needs a lot of Sabr. May Allah give us Sabr. Ameen.
Life is full of Tests. If you are not tested in a family member, then you are tested in a neighbour or a fellow student. It can be anyone as long as you are human who lives in a surrounding of people.
#Try to do Good for something bad done to you.
Maybe Allah will open up his/her heart and realise his mistake.
So what we will do today is-
1. Arrange something to give your neighbour it can be Talbina (you are reviving the Sunnah by doing this) It can be as simple as three dates, or even a Dua that you make for your neighbour, remember if you make Dua for someone the Angels say May Allah give you the same.
It doesn’t have to be food or drink. It can be a visit too. It can be anything, just see how Ramadhan is going on her side.
That’s for Muslim neighbours. #Give out gifts and Create a bond of love between you two.
2. Non Muslim Neighbour– You can pay a visit too, and mind you that’s an opportunity to do Da’awah there. Of course she might ask on your fast for this Ramadhan, tell her about Ramadhan, the rewards that it has, health benefits of Ramadhan, and also you can make dua to Allah to open up her heart towards Islam.
#You just need to figure out what good to do to your neighbour #You know it better, it can be a smile
So Smile, it’s Sunnah.!! Have a blessed day

بارك الله فيكم

وجزاكم الله خيرا

سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك أشهد أن لا اله إلا أنت استغفرك و أتوب إليك.

والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
